To Whom It May Concern:
I am not in the habit of writing letters of appreciation to companies of which I have used their services, but I will make an exception in this case. Today you sent one of your plumbers to my home to repair several leaks in my basement ceiling.  The plumbers name was Joseph Chambers and he was assisted by his helper, whose name I did not get.  In any event, I have never been more impressed by the manners, neatness and skill that I witnessed today.  Mr. Chambers has such a manner about him that I know right away that I have called the right company.  After completion of his work, the area was neat as it was before they started.  I have never been more impressed by the work of another tradesman.  You are very fortunate to have Mr. Chambers and also his helper, to be employed by your company. A note of thanks to the very nice plumber Joe, who was to my home today to clean my yard drain. I asked him to check my inside drain pipe, and he also check my H20 service to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you for employing such competent plumbers.

They were constant as to the work that needed to be completed. Debbie was very helpful scheduling the appointment for the work to be finished. She was also helpful when one of the repairs was not completed, to promptly have a plumber come out and complete it. She is also helping to schedule an apointment for the inspector to come out.
